A $1,500 donation was made to Minot Area Council of the Arts to help with fees of hosting a Prom Dinner and hosting the international performance group, Okra Playground from Finland! 
The Minot Area Council of Arts, established in 1973, is a non-profit organization that serves Minot-based artists, arts organizations, and the community as a whole. Its mission is to enhance Minot’s thriving arts ecosystem by organizing programs, services, and events that invite local artists and neighbors to come together and cultivate their artistic talents. They strongly advocate for the arts, foster a sense of place, and build a vibrant and connected community. As a 501(c)3 membership association, the MACA is fully committed to supporting and enriching Minot’s art community.
